In addition, battle lasts only an instant. We have to just do it. There is no time for reflection, rest, making eye contact to teammates, or sending a signal. Without optimal concentration, winners and losers are decided even before completing preparation. There won’t be any chance for regret. Be sharp and be straightforward! A bad act has no chance to be performed…

Individual heroism is not enough to win victory; nor is it not advocated, either. All eight pullers must do what they do best in order to maximize the power of teamwork. This is the key to victory. This is a competition of team spirit, collaboration, and concentration!! Each of us works hard and will even harder to realize what we believe in.
